We are proud to announce five-time Counterstrike world champion, Stephanie Harvey, as our newest official ambassador. Stephanie joins a number of celebrities and public figures, including Jillian Mercado, Katie Cassidy, and Hollywood actress Garcelle Beauvais, in supporting our mission for an internet where people feel free to learn, work, and play without fear.

By raising awareness of cyberbullying and digital abuse, we will help the parents with young children today to raise the technology users of tomorrow.

Stephanie Harvey, Cybersmile Ambassador

In addition to being a world champion gamer, Stephanie worked as a game designer for Ubisoft Montreal, including on titles such as Far Cry and Prince of Persia. Her 15 years in esports as a player and 7 years in the industry as a developer have resulted in her being recognized in Forbes 30 under 30 and one of the BBC 100 women.

It is an honor to welcome Stephanie as an official Cybersmile ambassador. As an elite gamer, she has the attention and respect of those young people most vulnerable to problems online. We are excited to have a big impact together.

Dan Raisbeck, Co-founder, The Cybersmile Foundation

Stephanie is a passionate advocate against gender discrimination in professional gaming and co-founded the online community Misscliks to address the underrepresentation of women in geek and video game culture. In 2021, she received the Esports Awards Lifetime Achievement Award. Stephanie also won Canada's Smartest Person Season 3 on CBC and was voted Quebec City's personality of 2017 by the ICI Radio-Canada television channel.
