We teamed up with Rainbow SpA, the creators of the iconic, globally recognized animated series Winx Club, to promote kindness and empathy. On air since 2004, and with more than 20+ billion views on YouTube and 300+ million products sold worldwide, Winx Club is available to view on Netflix, HBO, Apple TV, Disney Plus, Prime Video, and a host of international channels.
Bringing the fans of the series together, Spread Magic, Not Hate promoted important values of kindness and friendship while raising awareness of cyberbullying among young people. The initiative launched with a PSA to introduce exclusive Winx Club merchandise made available globally through a unique online store.
The campaign was launched at New York Comic Con, which saw more than 200,000 attendees descend on the Javits Center for the annual event. Real-life Winx fairies met with fans of the show and shared QR codes at the venue, providing direct access to Cybersmile education and support services.
Official Winx Club merchandise made available to purchase in support of Cybersmile included tees, hoodies, mugs, and other collectible items related to the show. Sales from the co-branded items helped us continue to offer free education and support to those in need.
The broader public was encouraged to support the campaign by purchasing the exclusive merchandise and by sharing their examples of kindness and compassion on social media.
