We joined forces with CO. by Colgate to form a partnership aimed at raising awareness of identity bullying while promoting shared values of inclusivity and authentic self-expression. The collaboration focused on combating cyberbullying and encouraging people to celebrate their own unique identity.
As part of the partnership, we undertook joint research titled The State of Play Report. The national study aimed to explore and raise awareness of identity-based bullying, specifically targeting Gen Z across the United States. Respondents were encouraged to share their experiences with identity-based bullying, both as victims and bystanders, and provided insights into how these experiences impacted them.
The research examined various identity groups, including racial or ethnic backgrounds, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, perceived physical and mental abilities, physical appearance, skin tone, personal opinions, and expression of individuality. By delving into these different aspects, the report aimed to shed light on the multifaceted nature of identity-based bullying and its impact on young adults.
The State of Play Report served as a comprehensive resource that not only raised awareness of the prevalence and consequences of identity-based bullying but also provided valuable insights for developing effective strategies and interventions.
