Alongside Twitter, we initially announced a long-term strategic partnership in 2014, united by a shared objective of utilizing the power of the internet and social media to promote a safe and inclusive online community.
In 2017, as part of our partnership, we were chosen as the international launch partner for Twitter's first-ever pro-bono "Tweet for a Cause" initiative. This collaboration marked a significant milestone in our commitment to online safety and highlighted the shared vision of both our organizations in addressing the challenges faced by social media users.
In addition to powerful influencer-led campaigning, we worked closely together to share knowledge and resources to develop new strategies that would tackle online abuse, as well as being side by side at the founding stages of the Twitter Safety Council.
Our partnership went beyond online, with Twitter's Head of Global Safety completing a sponsored 10K run in support of our mission. This event effectively raised awareness about the importance of digital citizenship as well as demonstrating the company's commitment to a safe and inclusive online environment for its users.
