Overview

Our Digital Self-Care module focuses on internet users' mental and physical wellbeing. It teaches the importance of finding a healthy balance between online and offline lives and how to connect and interact in a healthy and positive way. It also teaches people to consider the amount of time they are spending online, the type of activities they are undertaking, and the nature of the content they are consuming.

How to Use

This interactive learning module consists of a number of questions with multiple-choice answer options. Users are guided to correct responses when incorrect answers are given, and the module can only be completed once all questions are answered correctly.

Completion of this module will result in a shareable certificate being available to save or share for the participant.
