Overview

Our Digital Wellbeing module teaches the importance of finding a healthy balance between our use of digital technologies, the internet, and our offline lives. It explores how people can establish healthy online and offline routines to enhance and sustain their mental and physical wellbeing.

How to Use

This interactive learning module consists of a number of questions with multiple-choice answer options. Users are guided to correct responses when incorrect answers are given, and the module can only be completed once all questions are answered correctly.

Completion of this module will result in a shareable certificate being available to save or share for the participant.
