Application Process
We take our responsibilities to safeguard service users, team members, and the wider public very seriously. As part of the inital application process, we require all potential applicants to pass our Basic Volunteer Training Program.
This requirement ensures that all potential volunteers have at least a basic understanding of key digital wellbeing-related issues before progressing to any training programs for specific roles, should their applications be successful.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Have a home telephone.
- No criminal record.
- Completion of the Basic Volunteer Training Program.
- Willingness to complete role-specific training.

- If listed, you may proceed with your application.
- If not listed, please check back soon.
- Do not apply for unlisted roles; these applications will not be considered.
- Complete the Basic Volunteer Training Program as a prerequisite.
Required Documentation
During the application process, you will need to provide:
- Date of birth.
- Proof of address.
- Government-approved identification.
- Work and education history.
- Criminal record background check.
Volunteer Training
- All volunteers must complete the Basic Volunteer Training Program.
- Additional comprehensive training is mandatory for successful candidates, which varies according to the role.
- Initial and periodic training must be completed; failure to do so will result in termination.
Application Form Guidance
- Ensure you meet all eligibility criteria.
- Apply only if the role is listed under Current Opportunities.
- Completion of the Basic Volunteer Training Program is required but does not guarantee a volunteer role.
- If no response is received within 14 days, consider your application unsuccessful.
- You may reapply 12 months after the initial application date.
